After spending some time on Ardnamurchan I originally intended once on Mull to head over to the Fidden Farm site. However, Im grateful I was persuaded to take a look at Killiechronan
If you love nature on your doorstep as well as amazing views from your front door down Loch na Keal and over to Ben More then this is definitely the place for you.
Basic facilities as mentioned by others but more than enough to cope, especially if like me you always bring what you need with you anyway.
Loved it to bits, each spot around the shoreline of the loch where you can pitch means once set up, although you are aware of other people there, is like having your own private spot.
Fantastic wildlife opportunities too as eagles were nesting on the hills up to the right of the site and a short drive round the loch brought me into contact with more eagles, sheep and otters.
Would without doubt stay again, sooner rather than later I hope
