Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park This is one of the best sites we have been in. The kids have a ball playing in the river and on bikes. The site owners are helpful and friendly. There is nothing like the sound of the river running at the back of the caravan. For those of you who have not been to Dunkeld it is a lovely lttle town with lots to see and do....for those with kids the Hermitage is a 5 minute walk from the site and well wortha walk round. Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park we camped here for two night on the may bank holiday. we were able to get an electric hook up and pitch which was good as they do not accept bookings for tents. campsite facilites were really good however i would recommend showering early or at off peak tiles to ensure hot water. However they area for tents is not as extensive as it is for caravans. the area for tents is a strip between the river and an old barn. this means that the area for some larger tents with electric hook up is very shelterd from the sun for most of the day. in early may it was quite cold in the shade however other pitches can get more sunlight depending which one was available. I would rate this site as excellent location, excellent faicilities and very sheltered site just not a very big space for tents with limited daylight getting through the trees and nearby barn. Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park Lovely site set in beautiful scenery, nice and peaceful. Owners very friendly, showers and toilets nice and clean. Lovely having ducks and wild rabbits wandering all over the grass. Great walks on your doorstep, fantastic for dogs. Would have liked a small shop on site just for morning papers, milk etc. Would definately go back. Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park Great location, near lots of amenities and lots to do nearby,.....fantastic walks and cycle runs all direct from site. Dunkeld with pubs & food etc 10 - 15 minute walk along the river. The site itself is quite good and well kept however like a few comments previous I found what had been a 'reasonable' pitch midweek became very, very cramped during the weekend. People were being 'shoehorned' in between pitches come the weekend - in my case a caravan less than 2m one side (then the 2m was taken as carparking for said caravan) and a camper van a little more than an armslength in front of the awning at the other side. I enjoyed the site midweek - I didnt enjoy it during the weekend - just too crowded,.....I would go back however and would recommend the site as being very good (just not at peak weekends). Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park This is a most beautiful wee site. On arrival, we were escorted to our pitch and shown where the facilities were. We had a lovely pitch beside the river and it was glorious to wake up to the sound of running water!! I must add that the toilet block was spotless. Have just phoned and booked another weekend with many more to follow. With lovely scenery all around it is the perfect "get away from it all" site. Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park Very friendly staff on a site with good clean shower and toilet facilities. Site is in a good location with Dunkeld and the A9 near to hand but not to near to be noticed. The only criticism is that the part of the site reserved for tents is adequate but not to the same standard as the rest of the site. Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park Lovely site but when we stayed there the site was very crowded to the extent that we had a caravan within 6 feet of us at each side and there were no other pitch options available. Suspect that away from the peak season it would be very nice. Lovely to be able to wander into Dunkeld from the site. Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park Probably the nicest location you could wish for and a peaceful homely atmosphere. Washing/toilet facilities are superb. The owners have maintained the tranquil, relaxing feel of the place over the 30 years that I've been camping there. The site is excellently maintained and beatuiful in its own right. Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park My family have visited this site for over 40 years. Very friendly owners and very clean facilities. It gives children the chance to make their own entertainment as we did before televisions and computers etc. The river Braan is lovely to play in, areas to go on bike rides, plenty chances to meet other children and play games such as rounders etc. Within walking distance there are two tennis courts and a play park. There, are plenty shops etc in Dunkeld and Birnam.I would recommend this site to anyone who likes to make new friends. Elaine, Kirkcaldy. Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park this is a very placed site in perthshire close to dunkeld and some fantastic walks,however i was very disapointed with the pitch size as i felt we were far to close to other vans,we lost all privecy when a campervan parked facing our awning at aprox 2m away .suposed to be only 50 pitches but i counted 55 before stopping, my estimate is around 75 pitches with only 8 showers poor faccilities but still clean. very unfriendly staff and very poor pitches . Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park This caravan park is set in a relaxed and comfortable location. The on-site facilities were very good, but you will have to go into Dunkeld for any activities for children and to get any food as there is no on-site shop. Camping pitches are a little short on grass. Overall, very good campsite and I had a good stay. Inver Mill Farm Caravan Park Quite liked this one, although you could tell that tents weren't too important to them. They only had a few rather bumpy, balding pitches. The staff were very friendly though and it was an enjoyuable experience. The site is bordered by the Braan which can be fished for free, unfortunately there's no salmon present as theres a large waterfall near the mouth of the river. Well situated for Dunkeld and Birham and just off the A9 so good for a base. Would think about returning. Excellent Site Well maintained site, very clean and peaceful, great walks nearby, great for the weekend or for longer. Would recommend this site, however one downside is that it does not ccept bookings for tents and tends to fill up quickly at the weekends.
