This link in a frame Category: Moray Situated in the village of Findhorn, close to the bay and the beaches, near 2 local Pubs, follow camping signs through the village. Open April to October. 30 acre site. Mainly grassed pitches. The site no longer accepts tents - 2010 - and apologises for any inconvenience this causes.

Findhorn Sands Caravan Park I HAVE BEEN USING FINDHORN CAMPSITE FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE FACILITIES TO BE GREAT. SAFE FOR KIDS, BEACH LITERALLY BESIDE YOU! ITS A GREAT PLACE TO GO. THE SHOWER BLOCK I HAVE FOUND ALWAYS TO BE KEPT CLEAN. ONE OF THE CLEANEST CAMPSITES I HAVE BEEN TOO. ON THE DOWNSIDE THEY DO SEEM TO LET IN TOO MANY CARAVANS AND THE SHOWER BLOCK CAN GET VERY BUSY, WHICH OFCOURSE CAN HAVE A KNOCK ON EFFECT. "Room at the inn" is the motto. Lovely site in a great setting with lots of safe space for the kids and walking distance to the charming village of Findhorn. The only negative points were the amount of units allowed onto the site, which seemed excessive and limitted the space between units and had the knock on effect of the shower blocks being constantly in use and seemingly not cleaned as often as would be desirable. Despite these criticisms we would definitely return.
