This link in a frame Category: Wigtown Located at Stranraer in the South West of Scotland this site is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and Scottish history . The site allows visitors easy access to all Scottish and Irish locations along with the North West of England. It is a small site with level pitches mainly grass but with some hardstanding. Close to ferry to Ireland.

Aird Donald Caravan park I have stayed on this site numerous times over the past number of years and was there in May. Admittedly I use it on my way to or from the ferry and its central location is very handy for the surrounding area. Facilities are spotless although one nighters will find themselves using the older toilet block. Site is well back from the main road - no road noise it is very quiet and a 10 minute walk takes you to the centre of Stranraer and local supermarkets. Aird Donald Caravan park This is a very convenient site for seeing the Rhinns Of Galloway.The site is well controlled by its owners who look after their customers well. In all a nice secure feeling site with access to the ferries and the rest of Galloway.
