This link in a frame Category: Fort William and Lochaber Sunart Camping is a small family run site on the edge of the quite village of Srontian on the stunning Ardnamurchan Penninsula within walking distance to store, post office, pub, restraunts and not forgetting THE SUNART CENTRE. The site has the added bonus of a Bothy with wood burning stove and drying room for when the weather is a bit inclement. We even have a dog shower for mans best friend! Mountain bikes can also be hire on site along with fishing tackle. There is also a workshop for cyclists and motor cyclists.

Sunart Camping One of my favourite sites. Although there's not much of a view, the mountains do play host to beautiful sunsets and there is so much within very easy reach that the lack of view on the site isn't much of an issue. The owners are very friendly and the on site facilities are great. There's a room with a woodburner in which you can sit and have a hot drink and read out of the midges which I think is a lovely touch. Also, the showers are the best I have ever experienced on a camping site, absolutely fantastic. Sunart Camping The camp site has now been sold and the new owners Tim & Lynn closed the site for a complete refit. So they hope to see all you old customers back in Summer 2012.
