We stayed there on our journey to Scotland in 2008. It was just excellent.

I stayed here on my first night on the West Highland Way. I arrived late but the staff still booked me in and let me buy drinks even though the shop was closed. The campsite is big but us campers were away from the rest of the caravan mob. The site had a lovely building we could use to sit in, cook and clean pots. This was very handy as the weather was terrible. It was a great campsite and I reccomend it for all those WHW walkers

It was our 1st time to Milarrochy bay it was Fanstasic, that staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble, that facilites were always clean and well Presented. we had a lovely pitch next to the loch with electric hook up. The mix of tents and caravans was just right and after 11.00pm the camp was silent when you have young childeren this is a must. Our son is olny 2 and he really enjoyed camping experience. We will becoming back next year for sure.

Me and the wife recently visited this camp site for two nights on our site seeing tour about Scotland, although the staff were friendly on arrival etc, we feel that in comparison to other sites this offers less value for money £20 pernight is some what extortionate for two with a tent no facilities other than excellent toilets and showers

As we only live 90 miles away, we have visited this site 5 times since we found it and intend to return as often as possible. We have been fortunate on each occasion to get a pitch for our tent facing onto the loch. This is a very clean and well maintained site. Adequate shop. Staff friendly and helpful. We do not have kids so cannot comment on suitability. We found the site peaceful and quiet which is what we are looking for. A short walk away is the village of Balmaha where we hired a small motor boat for the day.

Having visited this site for many years I would highly recommend it. Excellent access to the Loch - very handy for watersports. Great views. Friendly, helpful staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. Only problem is the midges!

Great for a view of the loch, one side of the site being bounded by it. Glad camped as my FWD Volvo towing our 6b single axle 'van would have struggled for traction on the narrow, tree covered, short but steep incline on the road to the site. Staff were very friendly and helpful even under the added pressure of waterlogged site and toilet block as well as power cut (line down) after the previous nights heavy rain. Would we go again? Definitely

great site
Wonderful views, well kept site. All shower blocks very clean. Staff polite and helpful. Not over-crowded with plenty of space. Although busy there was no noise after 10pm which the staff made sure everyone stuck to- great after a tiring day!Lots of walks around. Right next to Loch Lomond,[small beach to sit at]Would go here again.
