Bunchrew Caravan Park It was a lovely holiday in Scotland. Your caravan park is the best. What a view from the living room!!!! I can still see the view, its imprinted on my mind, its the perfect location in front of the firth and mountains.
the service was excellent, right from the cleaner, Gosha and shop keeper. The shop was very handy, all basic things available at supermarkets price. This was our first holiday in caravan. It has made a very good impression.
free bike hire for static hire. very close to inverness city centre. regular bus service from caravan park to city centre every half hour and only takes 15 minutes. surrounding area is beautiful too. u can take a view of beauley firth from the top of hill. forest walks nearby. walk by the firth is lovely too.
It is children friendly as well. my little one enjoyed running on the green grass , sand park , swings ,slides, walking on Beauly firth, throwing stones in water………….
It was a very good experience and I will remember and cherish for all my life. I will definitely recommend BUNCHREW CARAVAN PARK to everyone.

Bunchrew Caravan Park Camped here for 3 nights in mid August. Camping area itself was quiet allowing plenty of room for pitching the tent and for the car. There were plenty of picnic benches too - we moved one alongside out tent, which was great. Most of the camping area is well sheltered from the wind, either surrounded by trees or by trees scattered throughout.
It cost ?12 per night for a medium sized tent, 3 adults and a car which seemed reasonable.
The onsite facilities we used were the small shop, dish washing facilities, hot showers and toilets. The shop seemed fairly decent and stocked more than just the bare essentials. The dish washing facilities are basically 2 sinks (with very very hot water) in a small building - perfectly adequite, buy may be crowded during busy periods. The showers were hot, and there were 4 male shower cubicles in total. The showers seemed reasonably clean and they were hot, but the condition was below average. The toilets were similar. Both could do with refurbishment.
The site itself is situated on the shore of the Beauly Firth in a very quiet location. However, there is a railway nearby and you can hear the trains passing through the day. Other than this the site is very peaceful. The site is easily found - simply head out of Inverness towards Beauly for a few miles and look for the signs. :)
Didn't travel with kids, but the onside facilities seemed limited to a small playpark, a volleyball net and open space for playing. Probably not somewhere I would take kids to.
I'd recommend it to friends and would come again without much hesitation, but hopefully the shower and toilet facilities are refurbished soon.
