Calgary Bay Wild Camping Isle of Mull
This wild camping site relates to a small area opposite the public toilets, for tents and small campervans only. NO CARAVANS OR LARGE CAMPERVANS. Please keep to the area south of the burn and do not camp on the beach or dunes of the bay as a great deal of conservation measures have been invested in the area. The camping spot is for short-stay camping 2-3 NIGHTS ONLY. There is no tapped water, only from burn which can run dry at times. Please refer to weblink above to gain full information on this site. Dogs should be kept on leads as the machair grassland is also a sheep grazing area. The hotel which had the pub is now holiday lets, and there is no longer a pub but there is a licensed tearoom but it is not open late. Please refer to weblink above to gain full information on this site and follow MCofS guidance on wild camping detailed at the following web address www.mountaineering-scotland.org.uk/leaflets/wildcamp.html.

A great wee site next to the wonderful machair beach at Calgary Bay. Treat with respect and keep tents and vans to confined area opposite the toilets and before the burn. You can get the bus here from Tobermory. Do not collect wood from the wooded area
