Holiday park in Cullen which accepts tourers and caravans only. NO TENTS as of 2009. It is a 5 acre site located off the A98 (turn down by petrol station). Short walk to bay through Cullen which has shops and bar food. There are 12 touring pitches so advice is to book ahead during peak season. Site has static caravans to rent alongside those which are privately owned.

Cullen Bay Holiday Park
Stayed for just one night. It rained for our entire stay. We won't hold that against the Park! Had the feel of a Caravan Club site on arrival with the same style of signage. Very attentive wardens, personally supervised siting of van. Shown around facilities. Slightly sloping pitch. Spotlessly clean toilets and showers with free hot water. Air freshener cannister in every single toilet amused us. Motorvan waste point really small and difficult to ensure no spillage of waste. Lovely site and village with super beach and sands. Good play area for children in field next to Park. Walk to village all down hill, all up hill on way back of course! Many statics on site. Lots of signs extolling people to do or most often do not do things especially in loo block. Enjoyed our stay and would probably come back if in the area. Wi-fi a bit expensive at £6/24 hrs.

A very clean campsite, located 1 mile approx. from the local shops. Greeted by friendly and helpfull staff, the site had lovely views with walks around the area. Toilets/shower facilities were very clean and much appreciated. Campsite was quiet at night and would recommend to all. 20/09/08

A very clean well kept site. This site was very quiet, with friendly staff. There were no children there when I visited 2/9/07 to 5/9/07, although there was a park just outside the holiday park. Plenty of fresh air and beach walks, with stunning scenery. I would recommend this park for couples looking for a relaxing slow paced holiday.

Just returned after a five night stay. Fantastic place for relaxing. The wardens very friendly and helpful, lovely toilet facilities, very clean camp site, five minute walk to local shops, fantastic beach and walks, spectacular veiws, if not scared of heights. I shall be back.

Stayed here for 4 nights when the weather was at it hottest (July 06). What a view from the tent out over the Morey Firth and the sunsets are spectacular over the Black Isle. Pitches are a bit more expensive compared to other sites. Toilets/showers/grounds are all IMMACULATE! Wardens/Owners are friendly and would always take time to talk. 10 Minute walk one way takes you to Cullen Harbour and Beach with its white sands and empty, even on the hottest days. The other way you can walk for miles along the empty coast line. New kids adventure playpark in next field. 5/10 minutes walk to town centre.
