One of our best stops on a touring trip. Well placed in a terrific situation. Facilities excellent and owners very helpful.

Thank you for the lovely review, it has made all the hard work we put in over the winter worthwhile. We also thank you for making the trip so far up from your home with the price of fuel as it is. We hope to see you again as soon as possible.
Gairloch Holiday Park
Just returned from 4 very enjoyable nights at Gairloch. Warm welcome from pleasant and friendly wardens Colin & Marion who kept all the facilities immaculate. Beautiful views from the site over Loch Gairloch towards Skye and the Torridon mountains. The village has an adequate selection of shops and eateries. Inverewe Gardens is only about 6 miles away.....worth a visit. Don't forget to tune into the "Two Lochs Radio" which is the UK's smallest local community run station. Hope to return again soon!

Had a break in October before the weather broke arrived for 1 night and stayed 4. Excellent site, Colin and Marion could not have been more helpful and the atmosphere on site was relaxed and friendly. Good shopping facilities within comfortable walking distance, including a good Bookshop.Lovely uninterrupted views out across the Loch and over the village. I am definitely returning early next season. An Idyllic spot

Stayed here for 7 nights Sept. 08. Wardens very friendly and helpful. Site is ideally located for all that the Gairloch has to offer. Can be a bit exposed when the wind gets up but that is the price you pay to get such a marvellous view from your window. Toilets and showers were first class. We will be going back.

Gairloch Caravan and Camping Holiday Park
Smallish site, up a hill and fairly open so the breeze kept the midges away when we were here in June. Good location very close to Gairloch - good coffee shop right next door. Flat pitches, nice toilet bloack although a little out-dated. Showers hot but not powerful. Liked the greenhouse-like dishwashing area - so much more interesting than staring into the basin! Staff were polite but didn't have much contact as we only stayed here one night so can't really comment on friendliness. Nothing onsite for kids, but walking distance to Gairloch and a number of beautiful, secluded (in June anyway) beaches and plenty of places to eat.

Camped here several times in 2006 because it is central for many hills and has pub next door. Functional and good value. Chipper by hotel and great cafe/bookshop across road. Easy to escape the midges.
