Sandylands Holiday Park
Visited here end May 07 Over all 5 out of 10. Tent pitches very near the complex, so great during the day, very noisey at night. also the road that leads into the complex for gas etc, so tractors going by on the road, early! Only room for about 6 family tents, grass area ok. Tent area back on to a railway line, about every 10-20 mins a freight or passenger train goes by. Entertainment - ok for the kids, Amusements usual very pricey. Pool - Actual pool ok, clean, but changing rooms terrible, 2 showers, one not working and the other not attached to wall and very hot. Location - Great for all the Aryshire things to do, Rabbie Burns cottage, Culzean Castle. Ayr. There is also a sports centre across the road in Stevenson.
Type of accommodation: Unknown
