Five Roads Caravan Park
Excellent service, cheap pitch, well kept grounds and a dog friendly pub next door. Great small site and hope to go again soon

Stayed just one night - returning from Land's End to John O'Groats trip by motorcycle. The weather was atrocious, but the welcome was warming. As were the heated laundry room and toilet block! I had previously been turned away from two sites in Pitlochry - 'We don't do motorcyclists here.' I would highly recommend this site to all wet and weary travellers.

My wife, 2 grandchildren and I stayed 4 night at Five Roads Caravan Park, we enjoyed our stay. The facilities and helpfulness was second to none. We stopped at Haggarstone castle for 2 nights on our way home, there was no comparison for cleanlyness or friendlyness to F.R.C.P. Will certainly revisit in the future.

My wife and spent 3 peacefull nights in March. It was our first visit to the site. We visited mid-week the site was very quiet which was fine for us. The toilet block was very clean and warm which was handy at 6.30am on a frosty morning. The site was good value for money and I would look forward to re-visiting.

We are just back from a 4 night stay (2 adults and a 2 year old) on this small site. What can we say but - fantastic! spotless toilets, friendly staff, well maintained. We felt this site was very safe for our two year old to wander down to the play park as she was in our view the entire time!

Staff were excellent, site and toilets immaculate. Good site for young children, not much for the older ones. The site is sandwiched between a busy road and a cemetery. The Pub has seen better days.

Great time had by all
Visited September 2006 with 3 young kids (7,6,3), some friends and their kids. The kids had a great time, and the good thing about Five Roads is that, because it's so small, they're never far away. Facilities are basic but clean, and the site is maintained very well. I would definitely come back. The only criticism I have is that it's cash or cheque only - no switch, visa etc.

Having just returned from the Five roads, we can thoroughly recommend this site. The toilet and shower block was spotlessly clean as was the kitchen and food prep area. The park has a small play area to the rear of the site which makes it relatively safe for small children as there is no exit from there. The Blackbird Inn on site has keenly priced meals served there although the decor hasn't been changed for at least ten years and shows. All in all, a good time was had by all and we will return soon

Fantastic... not alot more to say really. We have just returned from a short weekend break with friends and family (6 Adults and 4 kids) from 5roads and it really was superb. Clean, well maintained, beautiful location, great facilities. The kids absolutely loved it. We will definately return.
