Keltie Bridge Caravan Park
I use this site on a regular basis, it's only an hour from home but once I get there I completely relax in among the hills. The warden,Davie and his wife have tranformed the site inthe two years they've been there. there are no playing facilities for kids, but if you go across to the Gart and pay an extra £10 a night you can get a play area. Ideal for cyclists and walkers as your surounded by off road paths

Just spent the weekend on the site. Fantastic location for people that like the outdoors, plenty of walks and great scenery the pitches are spacious all around the van front and rear so you can have a nice lazy relaxing time on the site if you prefer. I first saw this site a number of years ago and was greatly impressed by the transformation that has taken place. It is very tidy and well maintained. After talking to the site manager there seems to be great plans ahead to meet everyones expactation. The site is only 1 hour from my home but it feels as if you are a million miles away. I will certainly be paying more visits to the site in the future.

We stopped off here for a night on the way home. Its a clean well serviced site and the new site managers were incredibly friendly. Apparently they are trying to get the owner to install a play park which is badly needed. We parked up near the back of the site right next to a field where there were newborn lambs! kids were ecstatic! There are some nice walks from here up to the waterfall too.

excellent site was there at beginning of august 2006. Plenty of space for tent, toilets and showers were clean. You can ditch the car as its an easy walk into Callander or even nearer a local pub and garage with good supply of goods. Will be back

went back to keltie bridge was there 2 weeks ago and i have to say i enjoyed it even more this time .....staff much more friendly(maybe last time i just caught her at a bad time we are all just human after all) again i cant complain toilets clean warm water for showers, good pitches for tents and generally just a nice atmosphere in the camp. Again only complaint was toilet block just too faraway from tents still think it would be better if it was caravans near front of site (most have own toilets) so it would make sense or else for high season if owners of site hired a few portaloos and make it a condition of booking to c lean after use after saying all this i will be back and have encouraged friends to join us. Its the sort of wee site that just gets into your blood and the local pub is a lovely walk with a very warm welcome as well as good food.

We recently had a stay at keltie bridge caravan park in a family size tent we had to pitch a short walk from the toilets as the site was busy with caravans, only talking a 2min walk hardly going to kill you! there wasn,t many childrens facilities but pet lambs and sheep which the children enjoyed seeing being fed and also room for the children to run around and play safely which i feel was more important, the staff were friendly and answered all our questions, and the toilets were nice and clean free hot showers! we will definetly be going back!

Had a nice overnight stay however when booking in was not given any directions as to where toilet block was etc. was not told that toilets so far away we camped right at start of site as instructed by site owner( bring a bucket) also saw a sign sayin g no BBQ's afterwards was told by fellow camper itsjust disposable ones so you dont scorch the grass (again if we had been told all this would have made stay even better than what it was..............Toilets clean hairdyer in ladies a bonus and dont know about water going cold after 8 am i showered at 06.30 and it was piping hot............great location with a nice walk into Callander itself and nice pubs on the way to break your journey........nice walks wthin the site itself...........i would definately go back again in fact fancy going back fairly soon for a longer period of time
