and Camping Park is a beautifully matured park set in the picturesque town of Peebles. The park is based in 47 acres of grounds surrounding a late Georgian mansion and stable block. We have endeavoured at Rosetta to make the park as beautiful today as it was back in the early 18 hundreds when the house was constructed. The park is very spacious with plenty of room for children to play, or adults to just sit and relax. Our aim at Rosetta is to give you a quiet and relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings which we feel we have accomplished by previously winning the Best Park in Scotland award. 10 mins walk from Peebles. Set in 27 acres next to golf course. Own lounge bar and facilities for families.

Rosetta Caravan Park
Just back from two days at Rosetta and for my needs it fitted the bill perfect. Since I have four Huskies we were alowed to camp in the walled garden. Not having to keep the dogs caged was a real treat. Scottish schools had just gone back so site was not too busy so there were no waiting around for showers etc. Site was clean. So I will be going back for sure

Stayed for 2 nights with wife and 3 children in August 2009. Having read good reviews I was looking forward to the trip. Although Peebles itself was lovely, I was very disappointed with the site. We were situated in the upper field, in a large pitch, which was great, right next to the play park, which was also great for the kids. Unfortunately, the toilet block wasn't particularly clean, and was a bit smelly. In the courtyard, which has the potential to be lovely, the pool table didn't work properly, the table tennis table was falling to bits, and the tv in the tv room didn't work. The bar/restaurant was nice, though. There were only 2 sinks to service a field of around 70 pitches, many of them tents, so you had to wait in a queue to wash your dishes. I'm afraid the whole place to me seemed just a wee bit tired, like it had been good in the past, but hadn't been updated. From speaking to a couple of the other campers, they felt the same. I will definitely return to Peebles, but I won't return to Rosetta.

I spent one night on the site with my daughter and grandaughter. It was a lovely site and my grandaughter loved the little park. Its an easy walk to Peebles which is a lovely little town. Staff were friendly, it was clean and we will go back.

We stayed recently for a few days, the site is lovely with amazing views, the facilities are very clean and tidy and the pitches are of ample size, we even went to the bar for a drink which was very nice inside, all in all a very nice site and we will definately be back

Been going to this site now for over 20yrs now, always nice to go back, never had a bad stay in all my times going. The toilet facilities are always kept clean. The pub is also child friendly. Peebles its self is a gem of a place if you like walking and history. Can be a bit a Bit of a pricey town if your on a budget. other than that, go, enjoy and come back again, I certainly do.

My wife and I visited this site mid-week on a glorious day and our first impression was that it was stunning. The staff were extremely attentive and. as it was quiet we chose our own tent pitch with electrical hook-up. Our pitch was flat but I could see the problem with a sloping hill but then camping is all about adventure! The toilet block was a bit dated but spotlessly clean and everything worked, I could not fault it and it is part of a very old building. The Courtyard is unique in my experience and very well thought-out, the barbecue is the best feature that I have seen on any campsite anywhere. Peebles is a beautiful town and I made friends after only staying the one night but I will certainly be back for longer so that they will show me where to catch the big fish that they told me about. Friendly people, friendly town...it doesn't get much better than this. I couldn't rate this site and town highly enough.
