Situated on a family run croft, in a peaceful rural location close to the sea, about 9 miles from Oban in Argyll on the West Coast of Scotland.
Highfield has two parts to its site. Highfield 1 is a Caravan Club Certified Location while Highfield 2 is an unaffiliated privately owned site and is open to everyone at the sites discretion. On Highfield 2 you don't have to be a member of the Camping and Caravanning Club to have a pitch. There is also a rally field available to book.
Highfield 2 is approx half an acre, it slopes slightly and has open views. Caravan owners are asked to keep their cars at the entrance while campervans can use the field in dry weather but they will be asked to use hardstanding when needed. Each pitch (5 in total) is well spaced.
The site is only about 400 metres to Tralee Beach so perfect for a short stroll. When it's not in use, you can exercise your dog in the paddock behind the park. The site repectfully asks visitors to treat this site following the usual guidelines set out by the well known touring caravan organizations. Advanced booking advised.
