A basic yet sheltered camp site for visiting Coll. Show more

A basic yet sheltered camp site for visiting Coll. Well situated for cycling to several beaches, although the village shop and pub are 5 miles distant. Plush grass in a walled garden with running water and loo-in-a-shed. Showers on request.

Is a beautiful spot with eagles overhead. Facilities are very basic - no hot water. Roof on the kitchen shelter had blown off in a storm and not been replaced. For what we paid felt we were being overcharged - especially as got charged as if we had a car when we only had bikes...

I re-visted this site and found it to be better Show more

I re-visted this site and found it to be better inasmuch that Pat and Ken have now added garden chairs and tables along with use of a fridge freezer. Toilet is basic but clean, showers are avaiable in the house. Pat has a a flock of pedigree Hebridean sheep and has a pet lamb called Iain for all to pet. Coll is magical. Don't miss it and visit Garden House campsite.

20 pitches for tents/trailers. Also three pitches for caravans or campers. NO DOGS as site is on small 24 acre farm and near Breachacha Bay. Located 4 miles west of Arinagour. Once at Uig turn left between cottages and follow road down to site. Owner Pat Graham.
