Recipe name: TUNA MELT
Recipe description: open a tin of tuna then add to that some chopped spring onions & sweetcorn a little fresh chopped chilli ( optional) then add some grated cheese& salad cream to keep it all together , then put on top of a lovely crustly loaf and toast on a open fire . Very tasty kidz love it .

Recipe name: Mince tortillas
Recipe description: Put 1 medium onion and 10 good size mushrooms in a pot with a dab off butter, cook on a low heat until brown. add a packet of mince and simmer till cooked when cooked add a packet of shepards pie mix and water simmer for a futher 15 mins, get 8 good size tortillas add a good amount of the mixture in the middle of each, wrap and sprinkle with cheese.

Recipe name: smokey rice
Recipe description: chop one mattisons smoke sausage and chop up into chunks. ONe packet of savory rice and add half a pint water, wait until simmering and add the chopped sausage wait until rice is cooked usually five minutes and then serve to all hairy butted bikers and montainers with a smile.

Recipe description: Smoked Spicey sausage with Pasta.
Oregano,Garlic,Onion,Ginger,(powder form),Loyd Grossman Pasta Sauce ( garlic & sundried tomatoes) or your own preference.Garlic enhansed Oil for gentle frying off the Sausage & onions & Garlic,to this add ginger,stir well,then add your sauce,then when pasta is ready,Drain,then stick it all in the one pot, stir well then simmer for 2 mins, Bon Appetit..
